A note from Mary

Hi there! I'm Mary.

​

I'm an expert building mindfulness self-care rituals to develop inner peace and calmness, and create your dream life from the inside out.

​​

I'm a normal girl just like you, who's gone through ups & downs as a student, engineer, employee, immigrant, daughter, sister, friend, girlfriend and entrepreneur.

 

And - because of that - I've cracked the code to step out who we're not, and step into who we're meant to be.

​

In 2017, I got tired of having to equate being a grown up with feeling stressed, nervous, anxious and worried 24-7.

 

That's when my journey inwards started - and when  I discovered mindfulness as a lifestyle.

 

I've prepared this 3-class video workshop series, to teach you what I've learned in 4 years of mindfulness practice, about living in joy and peace through mindful energy management on a day-to-day basis.

Maybe you don't have to quit your job. Maybe you do. Maybe your career is right for you with a different perspective. Maybe it's not. Maybe you have to change inside. Maybe you have to change your outside.

 

Whatever the right path is, mindfulness will guide you there.
